Société et Musée Paderewski in Morges was created on 30 June 1977 upon the initiative of the pianist Henryk Witkowski, a student of Zygmunt Dygat.

The Society was established in 2000 in Basel under the name the Organisational Committee for I.J. Paderewski Celebrations in connection to the 80th anniversary of Paderewski's appointment as the first Polish representative at the League of Nations.

The Paderewski Music Society in Los Angeles, a charitable nonprofit organization, was established in 2008 by a group of prominent musicians and music lovers alike to uphold the legacy of the great Polish pianist, statesman and philanthropist, Ignacy Jan Paderewski.

The objective of the Association is promotion of Poland and popularisation of the Polish cultural output in the United States.
